  I have given them numerous chances to fix my burnt toast. It’s consistently burnt, and this is what I got last time. they served me this with a third of the toast missing. Staff is not that friendly drive-through line is very long.

  The manager at this Dunkin is very rude I went in there to get a coffee yesterday morning it took almost 30 minutes for them to give me my order and I almost fell while I was in there because there was something in the floor no wet floor signs up anywhere and the manager acted like it was a problem that she had to come out there and mop up water out of the floor after I almost fell And you could hear her in the back talking down to her employees she just should not be the manager of that store she's very rude very very rude and I will probably never go back to that store I used to go to that store every weekend to get coffee I have never been treated so badly in that place before I cannot believe you allow your manager of your establishment treat your customers like they're a problem Y'all need to do better and she needs to get a better attitude and she needs to learn how to talk to customers and she definitely needs to learn how to treat her employees with respect she thinks she is better than everyone in that store and I'm sorry she's very rude Y'all should replace her

  While dining at this property, I witnessed a manager aggressively screaming at an employee in front of guests during active service. This occurred while people were seated and eating, making the situation extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate for a public dining environment. Watching a manager lose control and verbally berate an employee in full view of customers was shocking and unacceptable. This behavior showed a serious lack of professionalism, leadership, and basic respect. Any issues with staff should be handled privately, not through public humiliation. The incident completely disrupted the atmosphere and negatively impacted the overall guest experience. It raised concerns about how employees are treated behind the scenes and whether management is properly trained to lead. Behavior like this reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole and is not something guests should ever be exposed to. I would strongly urge upper management to address this conduct, as experiences like this leave a lasting negative impression and make guests question the standards and values of the business.

  Incredibly rude woman on the headset. I told her "I have a mobile order it's #13", she interrupted me and said "just me the name it's for". I asked the man that handed me my drink who is on the headset and he pointed to a heavyset white older woman with glasses.
