  Waiter was really nice and had a great attitude. Although he got my boyfriends order wrong. He was new but he acknowledged it and tried to make things right. The manager was very nice and respectful. However I was very unhappy with the girl who was tending bar. Our table was facing her direction so I waved at her to get a to go box. She had a very mean look towards me. I talked to our waiter and asked for a manager so I could give our waiter a good review. She assumed I was telling him how awful she was being, (I guess she already knew) and started berating me out loud in front of anyone in ear shot. She was trying to pick a fight with me over nothing. Food-great, waiter-awesome (he was still learning), night manager very attentive. She's the reason I won't be back. She had a sour face our whole visit the started attaching me at the end.

  October 8th, 2025 roughly around noon, my grandmother was having lunch at this establishment. She had a catastrophic stroke. Nobody called 911. They helped her friend settle their bill for and sent two elderly ladies, one drooling on herself out the door. On November 18th she passed away from complications due to this stroke. Response time was seriously delayed because nobody called emergency services and by the time she was life flighted from Cape to St Louis the damage had been done. I called this restaurant the following week and of course the manager I spoke to had “no idea” this had happened in their establishment. They told me that their District Manager was on Vacation and took my information for a follow up call. Of course not one soul has called to follow up on this issue from the restaurant, their office, or their parent company. Here’s why I have a 1 and posted this for everyone to see. Buffalo wild wings prides themselves on being about community on their corporate page, they claim to treat their guests like family. It’s a restaurant’s responsibility to oversee what is happening on their premises. If someone is in need of medical assistance, it is the business’s responsibility to ensure the safety of their guest. You dont need to know what a stroke looks like or know what to do specifically for each medical emergency. But it doesn’t take a college education nor should you have the audacity to deny that you should be able to tell if your guest is in trouble, and act to at least contact emergency services to help your patrons. Joann Kettmann can’t be brought back, but a little care from this company might help prevent someone else’s family from having an already horrible experience made worse by failure to act.

  Tried ordering via the app but the transaction had a technical glitch. Drive to the location for a take-out order and waited 5 minutes for service. After placing the order, it took 33 minutes to get the order. After about 25 minutes I asked if I could cancel my order even though I already paid. The employee went to the kitchen. A few minutes later the manager brought my order and started walking out the door. The manager said sorry, it takes 20 minutes to cook the wings & I said well I have been waiting 33 minutes. Then she said “what ever”. No wonder they are short of staff. If a manager talks to a customer like that, hate to see how she talks to employees. Ordered dry wings with 3 sauces. The mango-habanero was the best sauce.
