  Typical franchise. Service wasnt very good. Lots of peole waiting for a very long time for thejr food. Definitely wasn't "fast" food except in taste. Lol

  We was on a little out of town trip to Cameron Missouri. Thought we would stop at a local KFC - Taco Bell to get a bite to eat. We ordered two Mexican pizzas and some nacho chips. I use my credit card to pay, and then after receiving the paper ticket noticed that the price was way higher than it should have been. $24.50 with tax. The ticket said Mexican pizza 2 taco sub, not sure what this is but we didn't order it. I asked if they could correct it and credit my card. They said they could not credit my card, but they could give me some type of credit next time I was in the store on a future order. We was from out of town I might never be here again. I asked if we could have a gift card, so I could use it at another KFC - Taco Bell, they said they couldn't. Okay, I'm basically out about 10 bucks for items we didn't order. Then after waiting for about 20 some minutes for our food, we got tired of waiting and just left. I find it incredible, that they could not refund our money for items we didn't order. Very very dissatisfied with this store.

  Service was actually pretty quick. My no ice drink had a little bit of ice and missing bout an inch of drink. But quick service.

  So I only go through the drive through and each time I do something is wrong or missing. The last time I went I told them "yesterday when I got food for my family, they shorted my son his fries", they gave him an extra order of fried the next day. My boy was happy so who am I to complain?

  Edit to add- this is what our burritos looked like after waiting. Barley bigger than a sauce packet and COLD If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely horrible service, rude employees and slow service. Went through the drive through, ordered and paid, then was parked for 25+ minutes. Will not be coming back.
