We thought they might have been waiting on food but they weren’t they were just talking. Once we got our food it was the worst food we’ve ever had there, the fries, tater totes. and chicken were all cold and hard.

Sonic comments and wants to offer immediate resolution from said manager but then said manager says he can't do anything about it. Make it make sense??
