  Missing food items. I let the employees know and they said they would bring it to me. 20 minutes go by and they did not bring it to me

  Service is hit or miss mostly miss. Drive thru is furthest thing from convenient. The give a wait time and you can add 10 mins to it and might be the right wait.

  Was standing at the urinal when one of the cooks walked out of the stall behind me and right out the bathroom door without washing his hands to go back to making food. Unfortunately had already ordered on the mobile app. Didn’t want to cause a scene so I grabbed my food and threw it in the trash on the way out. Walked across the street to spend more money on food from Wendy’s

  The girls that work there are very disrespectful. They could have told me that they are not currently taking orders, but I pulled up to the window since no one would answer at the drive-through, and I saw her at the window and she went and hid behind the wall that I could clearly see her through when she could’ve just said sorry we are closed but when I looked it up online, it said open until 12 and then her and her coworkers just kept looking at me if I could give this place zero stars I would just because of the unprofessionalism they have . Weird girl behavior.
