The one I told my order to had to wait for another team member to come over and scoop it for her because she apparently didn’t know how to scoop ice cream. My boyfriend waited in line for 10 minutes while three employees were behind the counter. They just finished making milkshakes for the drive thru. After they were done he asked the girl behind the counter if this is where he was supposed to order and she said I don’t know what I’m doing. The other employees were busy making dunking orders. We left, would’ve had to wait even longer for someone to be free to do the two scoops he wanted.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
