He gets up there and the boy behind the counter started berating my husband for the order being wrong telling him that it was our responsibility to make sure the food was fixed correctly and then when he went to give it to my husband threw the bag at him. Now I understand double checking your order but isn't it their responsibility to make sure the order is done correctly the first time so you don't have to come back to have it fixed. The young man needs to learn customer service if he's gonna work with customers.
- RMRobert MartinSep 30, 20251.0We order a boxed $9.00 meal (it shows being served in a box) I also ordered 4 other items, my wife dipped one corner of her chip and that was all the side of guacamole there was, all the food looked like a 2 year old made it, the boy that made our order put everything in 1 bag, ( like 8 items ) I think he was mad he had to work today, bad attitude, I never take food back,but I definitely should have , at least talked to the manager in charge of babysitting this boy and had her sort out the mess that was crammed in this bag, I highly doubt he will work there long, basically the meal was pretty pathetic, he also forgot to put the chips in the bag, and got pissed off about having to do his job I guess, which all and all he's pretty bad at, next time ( he's still working ) I won't order anything if he's making the food 🤬
