  I never want to leave bad reviews, but this incident deserved it. They refuse to make a build your own sandwich. A simple turkey/ pepperjack cheese/ bacon and mayo sandwich because it’s not a “menu item” What?! The when I said can you make me a club without the ham on it? The 16 yr old girl said “uh no I can’t do that.” But I don’t like ham. Tell me why this happened. How not competent can one be. Won’t be back if they aren’t competent to have enough common sense to make a damn sandwich the way someone wants it. Good lord.

  I’m very mad that they got rid of the flat bread here. That’s literally only reason, other than the cookies, that I go to this place. The other bread that is used doesn’t even taste good.

  Fresh ingredients, great tasting sandwiches. The most important thing is the employees. I accidentally left my phone there and they called my landline to let me know. I highly recommend California Subway.
