- RSRay SloteDec 6, 20251.0This location has a bad habit of not having a driver, the last time i ordered delivery (without calling first) i had to go pick it up myself, and i didnt get the tip, or delivery fee reimbursed, last week i ordered a pizza and got the wrong size drink. Tonight i tried calling to see if they have a driver. I waited on the phone 4 different times for a total of 30 minutes trying to ask and got total silence. Or i would say except the fact that i had to listen to the automated "thank you for calling pizza hut" message for the whole time. Btw idk if you've ever sat on the phone with pizza hut but there is no time between the automated message ending and it starting back up again. Pizza hut, yall need to make the App have the option to turn off delivery for a location if they dont have one, lenghten the time the automated message has, and stop forcing me to call a darn call center when i want to speak with the local Hut. Idk whats changed in 4 months but this location needs to get their stuff together. There's no excuse for making someone wait 30 minutes on the phone.
