Katie is doing amazing running this place! The place has gotten so much better! It’s so nice to finally have an amazing McDonald’s that’s worth going to with amazing customer service, great people, and excellent food!!!

This McDonald’s is the worst and slowest I have ever seen. It has not been a one time thing, as every single time we are there they mess up our order and it takes a ridiculous amount of time.
One time, we were the only car in the lot and no customers were there so you’d think they have time for one order coming in. We got to the window in the drive thru and a young man who was very unprofessional says “sorry for what’s going on in here.” … what? He went on the say “I’m just here to make sure nobody dies.” … We are just wanting our food handed to us.
We recently made a mobile order, and waited an hour for the order. When we got to the window after 45 minutes in line, they didn’t have our order even though we checked in with the code at the speaker. They asked us to pull forward to wait, as we watched every person in the drive thru line that ordered after us get handed food and leave around us. The convenience of mobile orders is supposed to be the complete opposite of this. After sitting for another 15 minutes, I went inside and said we have been waiting in a spot for this long for a mobile order. Overall, it’s been an hour now. They casually without a care at all said ‘Oh’. They slowly brought me the order a few minutes later after standing there, and I’m glad I checked the food while I was inside because it wasn’t even the entire order.
A worker came back up to me and just said “yeah?” in an annoyed tone, kind of rolling her eyes. I told her we didn’t have all of our order and we’re missing a 10pc nuggets, and she grabs a box of some and hands it to me. Throughout this entire time, we saw three employees leave with food in their hands laughing at the line. I’m so disappointed in the service and food from the McDonald’s in California. Staff at this location are very lazy, immature, unstructured and the entire restaurant needs help, start with management.

I wont go back. Inwas friendly and used my radio announcer voice when ordering. The employee refused to take my order. Then her manager told me that she has the right to do that. Then now today I do it again and the general manager came to the window and said the same employee told her she was bothered by my voice... Well guess what im bothered that you all choose who's order you take by the tone of there voice...Im bothered that you all cant read a grill slip and prepare the food the correct way. The California Missouri McDonalds is by far the WORST McDonalds I have EVER been to and I will NOT be back. I was a every day customer multiple times a day. NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered ahead, waited 40 minutes in the drive thru to get my food. Talked to the young man in charge and asked him how it could possibly take so long. His response? "Sorry, they have (the workers) started throwing food at each other and they only scheduled 4 people tonight". I have reached out to the GM about previous problems with the restaurant and it seemed not to matter. Worst McDonald's ever. They need new management
