  Breeanna was helpful for taking our order for our family of four with 2 small children. Food was delicious and fast facility was clean

  Located about 45 min out of West Plains & Springfield Mo. Makes it about the only chain fast food other than McDonald's. Has a outdoor area to eat. Easy off & on ramps to 4 lane hwy.

  Stopped on a road trip for lunch only to find them closed. No signs on any of the doors/windows as tp as to why. Disappointing.

  Ordered 2 meals sat at the window for several minutes was given two drinks then was asked to pull lforward then told me to wait she would get the sundae waited approximately one or two minutes she came back with a Sunday once again asked me to pull forward. I thanked her but told her I would sit right there and wait and she replied no, you will pull forward. I replied no thank you I’ll wait right here. She got very hateful. I ask her for a refund and a corporate number she declined to give me any numbers of any kind. Told me I could Google it. I ask her for her name. She said her name was Haley, but had a gentleman do the refund and then gave me a tiny piece of paper approximately 2 1/2“ x 2“ so that was my receipt for the refund and that I would have a refund in 3 to 5 days. The problem wasn’t with the gentleman that waited on me in the very beginning. It was the attitude of the lady that claimed her name was Haley very poor customer service, in wanting me to pull forward after I had already sat there for several minutes at the window
