  Absolutely terrible here. Sitting in drive through for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. 2 cars in line waiting on food for another 10. Left without ordering. All around poor experience.

  What place is going downhill every time I come in this place it takes them 5 hours to get my order then it's wrong feels like me to throw random stuff in the bag just to get customers out of the drivehthru it's not that hard to make tacos guys

  Went today to get lunch for me and my six-year-old for his lunch at school with the parent.The first three things that I ordered , they say they are out of. Line at McDonald's is too long and now will not be able to het him lunch. My kid will only eat certain things there.Now , I don't have time to get lunch for my son and I. Thanks for having all your menu items in stock. I will never be back

  I got to the drive-thru at 9:05 p.m. and after waiting 20 minutes just to get to the speaker I decided to place my order online thinking it would help speed up the process as the line was moving very slowly. I ended up waiting in line in the drive-thru for 45 minutes in total. The lady running the window was very friendly and apologetic for the wait however the mail cooks in the back were laughing and joking around and just not moving very fast given how busy and behind they were. I mean it's one thing to have fun while you are working but it's another thing if you are keeping your customers waiting that long in a drive-thru. Food was hot at least.

  Multiple customers waiting over 45 minutes inside and oustside in the drive thru because half the staff were outside smoking marijuana and another underage employee was seen with a four loko (alcohol)by the office. Bless the heart of the few members who were trying and repeatedly asking the manager for help but this store after 5pm needs a serious makeover on staff. Will be reporting this to the health department as well as screenshotting the review so no one deletes it.
