Drive through was over 45 mins long and not a single car moved except to leave. Box was hardly answered and lots of people were frustrated

The hot and spicy are always so dry and hard like they leave them sitting in the warmer all day until it’s basically a hard chunk of dehydrated chicken. Sucks so bad because those are usually my favorite thing to order!

Ordered a double cheeseburger, no pickles. Didn't check it before driving off. They pulled the pickle off an old burger. This is why I don't go there anymore! Only went because others wanted it. McDonald's is the WORSE fast food rest now without question! So sad how far they've gone down.

Ordered 3 meals. 1 was not ready so I pulled forward to wait on it. After a 10 minute wait, they brought bags out. We were in a huge rush so we left. I then realized they never gave us the burger we were waiting on. They also got the other order wrong. They won't refund me without going back to the store.

I personally have never seen such a badly run restaurant. I've managed several restaurants for years and can not believe how the manager doesn't care at all about the customer. 4 times my orders were missing half the items (delivery). 4 times I've complained and I don't get any response at all. As far as I'm concerned the manager needs to be fired and the employees need to be retrained. I highly suggest going elsewhere.
