  I have never. I mean never sent back food. Ever. Because im not the one cooking it and worked at a sonic eons ago Today. I had to. I ordered chili cheese fries. They were colder than my ex husband.. those fries were stricken with rigor mortis. The only thing making them fries warm was the chili. I couldnt. After 20 minutes and the poor car hop seeing i wasnt going to leave in a rage. They fulfilled a replacement with an upgrade. I've never had issues prior. This was a first. Sonic, appreciate your feedback.

  Went to sonic march 28th got a hamburger meal started eating it and a hair was in it ..so e-mailed them got no response.

  Waited exactly 20 minutes because the store handed our order to the car in the stall next to us on mobile pickup stalls. Remade order was incorrect containing both tomato and onion on one of the burgers, only compensation was 2 coupons not valid for the method of ordering we used. Food also diminished in quality from previous visits. Store also barely apologized for the experience besides two coupons to a customer using solely mobile order and pay which means I cant even use them.
