  Attendant was speaking as I'd they just got out bed. Very dry, not friendly at all. Food was cold and undercooked. Fries cold and ice cream was melted. Horrible experience.

  Stood in line in the lobby for 15 mins before being served. The man is saying “too busy”. Then I finally got to order and then my fianceè was trying to order and the man walked away. My fianceè stood himself for 10 mins and we decided to just leave. They are way to worried about the drive thru rather than customers in the building..

  Placed an order and went to the lobby. They asked me to come through drive thru coz lobby is closed but my order was sitting right at pickup counter. They could’ve just handed me the order but didn’t. How the hell it’s possible for anyone to enter the lobby if it’s closed. And yeah, 15 mins in drive thru

  It’s 10:06 there were two cars at the window when I pulled up. I got to the window and the guy who answered the intercom told me they have two workers and to order have to wait for 10-15 mins. Not acceptable especially when the inside is closed. I don’t mind waiting for my food but they wouldn’t even take my order.
