  Got a taco salad, with 3 lettuce leave and a half scoop of meat . This location once told us they couldn’t make their fries because their “fryer was off, haven’t turned it on today” and the same location where the manager hopped over the counter to fight a customer for complaining that it’s taking so long. Can somebody get a third party in here? Shouldn’t have to pay someone to watch over a business but I’ve never seen. A Taco Bell location this bad.

  We ordered a mobile order. There was plenty of time between us ordering and pickup but when we got to the drive through they kept making us pull up and park then sent us to park upfront. I dont see why we couldn't have been handed our food in the drive through. We are paying customers not Uber eats delivery! Every other tacobell gives you your mobile order in the drive through. The biggest problem is me and my friend are disabled and also my friend recently broke her ankle and is wearing a boot currently. Despite seeing this they made her walk around all over the place!! I am pretty sure the employees also had parked in both disabled parking spaces (which is illegal and i have pictures of the cars) so she had to walk even farther then normal. This is unacceptable. If she needed to not be in the drive through they could have at least brought the food out to our car. They also got part of the drink order wrong as well. Staff need better training to understand when a customer might need a bit more help!

  I always visit this location at night and never have a problem. The food is always really good and fresh. They don't forget items and if they do they are quick to fix it. Great taco bell location.

  I work down the street so we order from here a lot. The last 3 times things have been SO wrong. I love the mini taco salad they brought back. We asked each time NO chipotle sauce and I get my food after being told they heard me and guess what it has that nasty chipotle sauce on it. We seen they had chocolate empanadas today so we ordered 2. No, we didn't get any chocolate empanadas we got 2 apple that had to be 6 days old because they were so hard they broke a tooth but they were supposed to be the apple ones I guess?? they were so nasty. I am tired of coming here and NOT getting what we order. Is it that hard????? I don't think so... I have done this work before. You know what helps???? If you LISTEN to what the customer says and then make the order they ASK you to make. SIMPLE!!! You just lost a WHOLE office of employees coming to this location because for some reason you can't get it right. Can't get right. smh Maybe try some days...

  Taco Bell has really started to go downhill. Prices steady going up, while portion sizes get considerably smaller. Chalupa's are a joke to order now for the price they charge for them. They're like mini appetizers. I don't know what it is these days, but restaurants in general have just thrown "Customer Service" out the windows & replaced it with employees who can't even take a simple order & get it right, because they don't pay attention to the customer or are simply uneducated & can't work the register or read, but customers are expected to pay for this kind of service & not see anything wrong with it or complain. How can a restaurant run out of 1 of the most important items used in most of its menu?? Make it make sense!
