  Hey close this place please. Are you all short staffed? Literally sat at the drive thru speaker for 3 minutes before someone came on. One other car in drive thru. No cars on the lot. They had nothing I tried to order. Several things out already this morning? Get outta here.

  Just a typical St Louis Bread Co. Nothing special or different about this location. Store is clean inside. Staff is friendly, professional and helpful. Food arrived quickly after ordering. Food tasted good but portions are way too small. Prices for food are too high based on portion size.

  I had a disappointing experience at Panera Bread recently (Receipt #1364298). I ordered a “You Pick Two” with the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich and Creamy Tomato Soup. When I asked for wheat bread—something I consider a basic and expected “healthy” option at Panera—I was told by management that they don’t carry wheat bread. That was honestly surprising and frustrating. A brand that markets itself around fresh and wholesome food should absolutely offer a whole wheat or healthier bread option. Being limited to only white bread choices defeats the purpose for customers trying to make better dietary decisions. Experiences like this are likely why many customers feel Panera is drifting away from what made it appealing in the first place. I hope Panera reconsiders its menu options and brings back healthier bread choices.

  My sister Jessica Nicole told me to come leave a review about a free cookie that the manger threw at her. Needless to say our family won't use panera for any more events no5 a birthday not a reunion not a thing.

  Dirty, utensils unstocked..and 42 minutes wait for a half sandwich and a salad....cashier could have warned before I placed order. Would have gotten my money back but didnt want to further affect other customers. Watched a cook, sign a contractors cell phone with his plastic gloves on, then go right back to preparing food without changing gloves.....lobbt was filthy. To boot they didnt have any bread, cashier also could have told me that. I eat bread co on average twice a week....but will NEVER visit this location again!
