All employees were extremely nice except for Jazlyne. EXTREMELY RUDE to myself and my boyfriend and every customer that walked in while I was there. She had the WORST attitude out of every single employee i’ve ever seen at any job. I hope to not see her again when I come back.

Never ordering here again tired of giving them chances better off cooking at home never got ranch I order two of them I order and the manager had the audacity to tell me he’ll give me ranch next time I come in? Trust and believe it won’t be a next time!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
I come here at least once a week, and the problems are consistent: overcrowded, long waits (45 minutes to over an hour), and an unprofessional environment.
This visit was the last straw. I placed an order 30 minutes before closing after getting off work. When I arrived at 12:40 a.m., I was told, “We don’t have your order” and “We’re closed,” even though closing time is 1:00 a.m. My payment had already gone through, and I had the order confirmation ready to show the manager. He refused to look at it, refused to make the food, and refused to address the issue.
When I asked for a refund, I was told they “couldn’t do that” and that I would have to call a number myself to resolve it. No solution was offered in-store.
As I walked back to my car to double-check my confirmation, another employee followed me outside repeatedly saying, “I got something for you,” attempting to offer me " stuff" for the inconvenience.” I did not want "drugs" I wanted the food I paid for or a refund.
The store smelled strongly of marijuana, and several employees appeared to be treating the location like a hangout rather than a workplace. I have previously witnessed people loitering in things being passed around , and overall behavior that reflects poor management and lack of accountability.
For context, I am a general manager. I understand how POS systems, voids, refunds, and audits work. There is no reason a paying customer should be told to “figure it out” on their own after the store accepts their money.
I will not be returning. I expect this matter to be corrected immediately. If my refund is not processed promptly, I will escalate the issue further to ensure nothing improper occurred.
This was, without question, the most unprofessional experience I have had at a restaurant.
The service seemed fine, it was an online pickup order, so nothing to note there. The food is just not good. My first time trying Wingstop and these are just the worst wings I've ever had for being so overpriced. I got boneless wings 4 different flavors. The wings were mostly breading and very unflavorful but overly salty. They were soggy and mushy, the fries didn't seem fresh. I don't know if it had been sitting around before I picked it up or what, but it should have been fresh and I'm not sure it was.

I love the food, especially their Cajun corn. However, I do not love the service and atmosphere they serve. I can’t do takeout anymore considering they take forever to cook food so I decided to get my food delivered. However, at some point they just don’t prepare it anymore? It’s like they somehow recognize my name and decide to not prepare anything and let several dashers come and go because they don’t prepare the food, especially if the delivery person is already there and waiting. I ordered a simple thing of Cajun corn, sometimes with a side of ranch and proceed to watch numerous delivery drivers pass by empty handed because this store didn’t even start frying the corn, AFTER THE DELIVERY PERSON IS THERE AND WAITING! I had to call between the store and my delivery person just so they get my corn together since I couldn’t cancel my order (I ordered on the website). The last time I ordered a delivery was through DoorDash. I called my delivery person in advance and of course, my order wasn’t ready. I asked him to check with them and I heard an employee say, “we don’t have that person’s order.” Then shortly after, my dasher said that they do, it’s on the screen. The employee said, “oh, well, someone else already got it.” Wrong again, I told him I don’t have it yet. The dasher said, “All you’re making is an order of corn, what’s the problem?.” Gaslighting, as if he’s at the wrong store and my order doesn’t exist then saying I do have my order when I do not! I told him to not bother with them because I cancelled the order that time. I got my refund and will not order anything from this location unless they scrub that crummy crew down and get a new crew that can do their job! if not, then just shut down the whole store and save everyone’s time.
