- RHRenalda HortonOct 19, 20251.0I went to this store on at least 2 occasions and they gave me the wrong soup so today I made sure it was the correct soup but it was watery so I asked the lady manager what happened to chicken and wildrice soup being creamy her response "well sometimes they send it thick and sometimes it's watery" people will tell you anything can't believe the manufacturer of the soup would sell different consistencies...oh but wait I get home and it's the wrong sandwhich..I get on the highway and drive all the way back to find that Manager has left and now the general manager is there...I'm so frustrated so he comes outside to speak with me and I thought we'll maybe that conversation will help because the store quality of service has really declined and I've heard this from other customers...normally I don't leave reviews but guess what I was eating one of the pickles n realized there was a string in my mouth...I'm African America the hair was blond...it would be comical if it wasn't so sad...you pay and it's like the staff act as if they are giving you something for free...maybe if we start really telling fast food chains more about their declining service it will get better...we can only hope or stop spending our 💰 TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TODAY
