I ordered vegetarian nachos, and the tortilla chips were delivered separately from the rest of the ingredients. Therefore I wasn't sure if I had made a mistake during the ordering process. I at least thought the dipping sauces would be separate, but no, all the sauces, vegetables and cheese were mixed together in one bowl. Except the chips. But I got full though.

I call the store requesting a refund, but was told a refund must be processed in-person. I could not leave work, so I decided to go in when I had free time. I was able to make it in on 11/12/25 and the manager informed me she was unaware of the refund and took down my information. According to her, she would call me when my refund was processed. Unfortunately, she has not reached out which has prompted me to contact corporate regarding this issue. I should not have to jump through hoops to get what’s rightfully mine when the mistake was made on behalf of the Qdoba employee! I will not be returning to this location…what a shame!!!

Today when I went there, I asked if I could try just one piece of steak, because I recently had a tooth pulled, and I wanted to see if I could eat the steak, before ordering my usual steak bowl. The lady, I believe the manager, handed me one piece of steak in a little plastic ramekin. I truly appreciated her understanding my plight and being willing to accommodate a customer with a temporary health issue. The food was great per usual
