    This location is exactly why Chipotle stocks are down and people no longer frequent Chipotle. The prices have skyrocketed and given the insane prices you think you at least would get what you pay for. This place will rip you off to the point where it actually seems like they are intentionally messing with you. Order and pay for extra and they give you something significantly smaller than regular. Not to mention how down right rude and unprofessional the entire staff is including management. On top of these things this location is filthy, with dirty tables, overflowing trash cans, trash on the floor, gross food prep areas, and complete disarray of the beverage, condiment and cutlery area.

    I went in to place my order. I'm not sure why my order was downsized to the kids' menu 🤔. I didn't realize it until I got home. The establishment was clean. People were dining indoors and seemed to be enjoying their meal. I would return again for another meal. The portions are good for the price. I ordered the burrito with chicken, rice, veggies and cheese. My other order was Steak quesadilla with fajita veggies, queso blanco and tomato salsa. I also ordered a side of guacamole. I decided to get 2 steak quesadillas because they were rather small. My total was $27, that's the meal they downsized and threw in an apple juice.

    Getting a one star due to prices my mom came in and got a steak bowl double everything and a drink for about 16.00 I go in to get the same thing but not double and no drink and it was almost $20 no thank you they made food and it went to waste

    Hi Chipotle Team, I’m a regular guest and often stop by the Saint Charles Rock Road location after my daughter’s volleyball practice. We feel Chipotle is one of the healthiest options in the area, and I usually pick up food for my family as a late dinner. Last night (October 1, 2025) around 8:00 PM, I stood in line only to be told there were no proteins available. The team mentioned chicken was cooking but wouldn’t be ready anytime soon, which meant I had to leave without being able to order. I also want to share that the girl working the bowl and burrito station was not friendly or helpful when explaining the situation. On the other hand, the young woman at the middle station was apologetic and said she was sorry, which I appreciated. I understand these situations can happen, but it was disappointing, especially since we rely on Chipotle as a consistent and healthy family meal after practice. I’d appreciate if you could pass this along to management and, if possible, provide a meal credit for the inconvenience. Thank you for your time and consideration.
