- KKKaeApr 4, 20261.0As a first responder, my partner and I stopped by this location late Thursday night to grab a quick meal before heading to our next call. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any location. There were a couple of employees working the night shift who came across as impatient and unprofessional. One employee at the register was very dismissive during our interaction, and another employee with a high ponytail was also rude and impatient. The overall attitude made the experience very frustrating. I work with people for long hours no matter the situation I ALWAYS handle people with respect and the day I don’t is the day I find something new! Because it isn’t fair to those I serve. On top of that, the store was out of several items, and the food quality was very poor. When my partner ordered beef barbacoa, the portion was mostly liquid and fat with very little actual meat. Despite this, we were still charged full price. While we eat my partner found a long piece of plastic in her food bowl. It looked like the film wrap of ingredients or a piece of a glove. Overall, the service and quality were extremely disappointing. I’ve never had an experience like this at any other location, and it’s frustrating given how often we rely on places like this during long shifts.

Half that time spent waiting there was nobody on the walk in side ordering food while they stood there and one person tried to get all the online orders by themselves. Meanwhile the manager just stood at the cash registered and offered no help to anybody. Not the best customer service.
