  ...a bit chilly inside but can work with it...preparer was helpful to remake order...it was not prepared correctly the first time because of in store, pick up orders and shift change...but cust service at counter - TRASH...yes trash - head down texting on phone, no greeting (is there any these days), unattentive to guest, but quick to lash out when I didn't put in my correct mobile number in for rewards...recommend a talking to and some training...

  I’m not shocked by their bad reviews. Placed an order for blueberry muffins they did not put it in the bag so I called. I was told well we were out of blueberry muffins but they could not answer why they didn’t refund it and pretended like they delivered it. Very untrustworthy Panera so I’d be careful

  Ordered the two for $4.99 each, it was delicious! Oh and don't forget that piece of bread with some butter.. 😂🤤

  I went inside and all the coffee was completely empty. The creamer was also empty. There were dirty dishes everywhere. Staff don’t even acknowledge you. They aren’t friendly at all.

  The 4 cheese soufflé was undercooked. The service was atrocious. I ordered at the bakery. The employee avoided the counter with every other duty. There were 3 people waiting. When she came to the register she was talking on a personal call and just stared at me like I was bothering her. She never said a single word to me and continued to talk on her personal call.
