    I've been a customer here for 12+ years, but have not gone in the last couple of years due to one thing - tipping. The food is delicious, and I would go regularly, except that I'm expected to tip 20% for someone reaching behind them, grabbing two kolaches, putting them in a box, and ringing it up. And then they give you a nasty look if you choose "no tip". Thanks, but no thanks. Pay your employees. This is fast food - there wasn't even any inside seating when I went last. It is ridiculous for me to pay the labor costs of employees, which is why I am giving 2 stars and not 5. And obviously not going there either until they change their guilt-tipping model. Edit: this was at the Kolache Factory on Brentwood Blvd in St. Louis just north of Manchester Rd, but as I said it was a few years ago. I went back recently and the tip line is gone - there is a tip jar on the counter but that's it. Problem solved, and I have increased to a 5 star review!
