  Used to love this location. Most workers were too busy having their own conversations to pay attention to guests and provide and calm atmosphere. Food was nothing like I remember. Not worth your $$!

  My first experience at the bonefish grill was everything i thought it would be and more. Thanks to our server Trinity it was a real dining experience. She made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. As for the food we tried the bang bang shrimp and calamari, they were flavorful and overall delicious and the portions were huge. And for all our meals it was the same. I can’t wait to come back!

  I've always loved Bonefish. But I've noted that they aren't using the right cleaning supplies and/or they use old mops and rags. Over time, there is a slightly mildewy, unclean scent in the air when you walk through the door...and honestly, this is true of many restaurants. I have no complaints about the food or the cleanliness of the dishes and the tables, but the smell kind of ruins the atmosphere a bit for me.

  The food was sufficient for the price. My business partner and I had a reservation, but when I arrived late, they couldn’t locate our table. They told me to find her myself, as they had nothing else to do. This was the worst customer service I have experienced. Before leaving, I used their restroom, which was a disaster—worse than any gas station restroom in the middle of nowhere. It reeked of urine, and towels were on the floor to dry leaks from water tanks. The feminine product boxes were full. Even college dorm restrooms would be cleaner than this. I will not return.

  From a health standpoint, I would not step foot in here again. The women’s bathroom toilets leak at the base of them (yes all of them). They have towels pushed up against them to “catch” the water; however, you still have to step in some of the water as it’s not all being soaked up by the towels. Look up at the ceiling- major water issues and what appears to be mold growth on every vent and tiles surrounding them.
