Food was on the colder side and I found a HAIR in my Mac n’ cheese. Drive through workers seemed unmotivated and ready for a break. Worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve had ever.

Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized that the Chick-fil-A sauce was missing from my order. I usually eat at Chick-fil-A mainly because I really like the sauce, so it was disappointing to see that it wasn’t included. I had picked up the order myself, and by the time I noticed, I was already home. Because of this mistake, the whole meal experience was ruined and it even caused an argument between me and my friend. This is honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I hope you can look into this and make sure orders are checked properly before handing them to customers.
