  We have been coming here for several years and this was by far the worst service we have ever had. We had several wait staff walk past us finally after 25 minutes we finally got asked what we wanted to drink... Fast forward 1 hr we finally got our food! It then took another 20ish minutes just to get 2 boxes and our check! Their souvenir fish bowls for kids are $3.49 and all it is, is a plain bowl. We thought it might say Bass Pro or the name of the restaurant, but no! We definitely won't be back. There were also several people who left because they had waited so long to get their orders even taken!

  The food here was absolutely delicious! I’m not usually a fan of seafood, but this place completely changed my mind. We ordered our meal to go, so I can’t speak on the dine-in experience, but the food itself was amazing. I had the shrimp Bonetti—the pasta was cooked to perfection and the sauce was rich and flavorful. I also tried the coconut shrimp, which was perfectly cooked, and the sauce that came with it was just as delicious. Everything was packaged neatly with great attention to detail, which I really appreciated. If I’m ever back in Branson, I will definitely be coming here again!

  The fish was dirty and had no seasoning It comes frozen. The pick 2 option for fried food is not a better option.We did it thinking we'd get the normal serving 2 fish and frys for $19 or 2 pieces chicken and frys. 2 pieces of chicken 1 piece fish for $23. Is what we got. When We asked about being short a fish They told us you pay extra for the variety The manager was not happy we had a coupon and having to accommodate inedible Food. Most of us felt sick after eating here. Don't suggest eating here The inside is nice and the atmosphere was great and quiet, staff was great

  Took 20 min after seated to order a drink. We watched wonderful servers all around us but ours let us know she had a 23 person table and would not be back for awhile, so we went without drinks, had to track down another server for our check. Food was mediocre at best, there are better places to spend hard earned money on a date night in Branson. Although the service and food were a letdown, the young man bussing tables and helping bring out food was very attentive and courteous.

  We were seated at 7:16 PM, and by 8:40 PM, we still had not received our food. Our appetizers didn’t come out until around 8:00 PM, and during this entire time, our waitress never once apologized or acknowledged the delay. We had kids with us who were hungry and upset, which made the situation even more frustrating.What made things worse was watching a table across from us with the same number of people get their food well before us, despite being seated long after we were. I approached the hostess and asked to speak to a manager. When I explained the situation, he didn’t apologize. Instead, he turned to the hostess, who confirmed we had been waiting over an hour and still, no apology or urgency from him.We decided to cancel our order and asked our waitress to bring the check for our drinks and appetizers. Even that took longer than it should have.. Another manager eventually told us not to worry about paying, but again no apology, no accountability, nothing.
