Food had no taste, fried were cold. The best thing was the frosty. The service was great because the workers were so very nice.
Placed my order at the drive thru. Cashier miss heard my order. Did not verify or try to correct the order. When I attempted to get my original order. The cashier was rude, told me to wait while she took the next order. Not one team leader stepped in to fix the situation. I paid for what they gave me even though it was wrong. I left without causing a scene. I am disappointed with the bad attitude from staff. I won't be going this location ever again.

I am very unhappy and kinda disgusted by this location. They are VERY slow. I ordered one fish sandwich for a total of 4.75 on the Mobile app. I pulled up and waited a while till I could get checked in. Once I finally did they told me to pull up and wait behind two other cars that had been waiting for a while already. I didn't mind waiting til they got their food as they were their first. But once I did get to the front I waited for a couple of minutes for ONE sandwich. another vehicle came up behind me in line and when they pulled up to the window they were handed their order and I got a little POed. Got out of my car and went inside waited for someone to get to the counter to ask them about my order. A woman finally came up I told her my ONE ITEM order and she went to go check. Sure enough the bag was sitting on the counter behind other bags getting cold. When I finally opened my sandwich and it was cold. I was already upset and had left the location and wasn't about to go back. I get it things happen and sometimes it can be chaos but this is ridiculous! Please get this fixed!

The girl with the pink hair was straight rude as hell. I gave her my phone for Taft to pay him because she took way too long to tap it. She handed it back to me and said That didn’t work and scoffed all rudely. Then she had me pull forward when the dude had just handed her the food at the window. It made no sense. And she also slammed the window for no reason.
We (family of 7) stopped because our littlest child needed to use the bathroom, and we wanted to be paying customers, not just bathroom bombers… So we ordered & payed for 7 ice cream orders… (new frosty fusions) the first ones they gave us were all liquid/unfrozen vanilla! We asked what was wrong, they said it was their vanilla machine, so we asked them to remake them with the chocolate machine. They made the first chocolate one with 1 machine let’s call it “A”, and it came out frozen = typical frosty… BUT then made the rest with a 2nd chocolate machine, and they too were all liquid👎‼️ YET, they loaded them into two 4 cup carrying trays and served them to us as if nothing was wrong, when that unfrozen state was the very reason why we switched from vanilla to chocolate 🤨… They offered no refund or different hot food substitute, even though we dropped $40+ on desserts/food we couldn’t eat and didn’t really receive‼️ Additionally the Bathrooms, original reason we stopped, were poorly maintained as well.
