Either the food is wrong, they don't give cheese with the chips or they forget sauce that we pay extra for. If you tell them you didn't get something they'll yell from the back ITS IN THE BAG. No, Susan, it's not, or I wouldn't be saying i didn't get it... Frustrating.

I pull in, EVERY EMPLOYEE IS OUTSIDE (Front of store no less) SMOKING and the manager comes to the entrance door and says "we ran out of chicken and steak, my lines closed.. sorry." So, you are down two protiens but shut down the whole kitchen? I bet Taco Bell corporateHQ would enjoy that kind of service, and the franchisee would love to hear it, also.... I am heavily seen on GReviews.. Sadly it looks like this franchisee or GM doesn't like to respond to reviewers. So that's fine.l, if no one responds, I will contact HQ Monday and have a chat with them about this location. When I explain I have millions of people who view my reviews, I bet someone hears.
