  I don’t understand how it’s so hard to make a single persons order but every time it gets messed up. Especially if it’s on door dash. DO NOT order door dash with these guys, they will mess the order up. Uninstalled door dash because of this Taco Bell.

  Can't say much here! The staff wouldn't take our order! We're traveling, Tired and exhausted. Went inside went to the counter and one of the Employees said I Can't take your order! You have to use the kiosk! We said really! Yep! So we walked out! Also one of our babies needed a dirty diaper changed. No changing tables in either restroom! This Taco Bell really let us down! And No I don't want a follow up! Everything I mentioned shouldn't of happened or worked before I made my way in! I won't be back! Sad guest! And I'm sharing my review so others know not to patronize this Taco Bell!!!!

  Stopped in for a snack. Place smelled when you walked in the door. Needs cleaning. Floors in kitchen area were dirty, liquid spilled on them. Only had kiosk to place order.

  I’m disappointed with my recent experience. We waited nearly 40 minutes for a small order totaling around $20, which is not acceptable. When we asked about the delay, the manager mentioned that our order was on the “third page,” which didn’t feel like a helpful response. It also seemed like larger orders were being prioritized over smaller ones, which made the experience frustrating. Every customer’s time should be valued equally, regardless of order size. I hope this can be addressed to improve service going forward.

  Terrible customer service. Expired and stale food. 3 out of our 4 items were cold. The Night manager Refused to look at it or remake. Went inside to show them right after food was given to me. They told me the lobby was closed and Made me wait in drive-through for another 35 minutes just to be combative and very disrespectful. Highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. Eventually got a refund and gave everything back and upon driving off I realized he shorted me $2. Contacting corporate tomorrow. Just thought I’d save someone else the headache of dealing with ignorant and rude employees. Mainly the night manager with the ridiculous anarchy tattoo on his arm.
