The steak was ice cold in the center, the shrimp was rubber, they put so much sauce, watered down sour cream, and watered down quest that it made my bowl a soup. Inedible and way too expensive for the slop.

This location is unfortunately the worst qdoba I’ve ever visited. The restaurant smells disgusting, shouldve walked out immediately after smelling that. The rice was undercooked, the beans were just a pile of moosh and the pico was pretty much the same. Chicken had no flavor. Nothing seemed fresh. Just go somewhere else.

Stopped the other night. Place looked closed and food line was a disaster zone. All the meat was in bags. Never seen that before. Everything was cold by the time we got home. Seemed like all employees were inebriated or something. Worst QDOBA meal ever.

This was the best QDOBA I’ve ever eaten at! The food was amazing! So fresh and large portions! Also super clean restaurant! Bree and Will were so helpful and kind! I wish I lived closer and could come more regularly!

Absolute worst experience tonight with the staffing. I came in for pickup orders, was ignored for over 20 minutes while the one girl made a ton of orders and set them on the back table but refused to acknowledge anyone in the lobby to even check what orders are what. The one girl kept helping inside, which is understandable, but then after 20 minutes or more a girl that was doing dishes came out and went straight to helping people who just walked in the door on the inside. I spoke up and said "These other orders need to be taken care of before the people who just got here." Not just meaning the 3 pick ups i had, but there were 2 other pick up drivers and then 2 groups of people waiting for their mobile orders. She snapped back how "those orders will wait" and "inside is more important than online orders." About 10 minutes later they spoke up that they didn't have Shrimp, which was what my orders were waiting on and 2 other mobile orders who also waited all this time. I said how it's been over 30 minutes and they're just now mentioning they don't even have what they need to make my orders. If they would have simply even looked at the tickets and communicated with the customers there wouldn't have even been a wait. There was absolutely no communication, what little we got was rude and blew us off while the other two straight pretended like we didn't exist. I have ran a kitchen before and I understand the importance of helping in person customers, but I also understand how to regulate between mobile orders as well and not creating issues that aren't necessary. We all waited patiently until it was about 30 minutes, I ended up just canceling my orders so I waited all that time and lost money still. These employees were a horrible representation of your company @Qdoba and I've done numerous pick up orders at tons of Qdobas from St. Louis to Springfield and have never had issues like that before.
