    I been going to this McDonald’s once a week on my lunch for 2 years. NEVER have I had such a bad experience. Last week there was a manager getting very rude with her employee at the window, I thought man that sucks but yk.. not my business, and went on with my day.. today I went, and she was taking my order. Immediately off the bat when she asked if I was using the mobile app, she was extremely rude. Then when we ordered a “5$ McDouble meal deal” she cut us off and said “they’re not 5$, they’re 7$” like we were stupid for not knowing when it JUST changed. My bad, yk, for not knowing your menu bc I don’t work here. We tell her that’s fine we’re still gonna get it, as I’m asking for my sandwich to be specially made, she cut me off and said “ I need your drink and sauce first, mind you, with HEAVY attitude. At that point I decided to go else where bc I did nothing to that lady to deserve the way she spoke to me. Hope she gets fired and has the worst day ever.

    This place is ridiculous. Waited over 30 minutes for our food. Locals there door-dashing said this McDonald’s is always terrible. Mater kept calling out orders as if they were ready and not giving anyone their cups, which lead to another 5 minutes of waiting for anyone to even appear up front to ask for cups. I did attempt to grab my own cups after waiting for some time. And of course someone appeared for that, to tell me the Gm wouldn’t like that, but that seemed ironic considering the GM doesn’t care about anything else. I mean Apple Maps rating is 21% and just glancing at these reviews, not much better. On top of that, multiple times I watched Mater the manager tell someone he’d be back with the rest of their meals just to finally come back and say it’s out. It’s spring break for goodness sake. Where was the preparation? Why was the restaurant accepting door dash orders? Why was the inside even open if they didn’t have the staff to support it? To many simple corrections could have been made. Our food was hot and mostly correct. I was missing my pies but the lady working acknowledged me as soon as she noticed me, unlike mater who was trying to avoid eye contact with the front end. Poor management and managing.

    SLOWEST McDonald’s ever! Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes, paid, then was handed drinks one at a time (a couple minutes apart between each of the 4 cups). No straws given until I asked twice. Then they told us they were out of bbq sauce after waiting the entire time. How does McDonald’s run out of sauce? Had requested to pay for 6 extra sauces when ordering. The only food items ordered were a 20 piece nuggets & large fry. Most ridiculous waste of $30 plus awful customer service. This location is in desperate need of management attention.

    Got 2 big archs and a big Mac on a mobile order missed a big Mac got it replaced the next day because we didint notice til we were home the 1 of those archs was pretty raw in the middle aswell will never go back to this location, I get being in a rush and things get missed or whatever but the crazy thing was they were not even close to being busy both times I went through there, u have 2 windows and still cant run a drive through you can blame that on laziness or not being prepped on certain things in time

    Me and my friend just arrived in Branson on Thursday about 1pm and ordered a pick up order from outside and when we walked in, all we and everyone else in the whole place can do was hear the manager litterly yelling and raising her voice very badly to her employees about needing to speed up, get the damn orders right, and saying " I will not be taking the fault if you all have people waiting"-- first off THAT is not a way for a manager to be talking(raising voice) to any employee and especially for the whole dining room that can hear everything she is saying... The food was good and hot and completely fine. To the workers minus her-- was completely good and was working at a good pace. She should be ashamed of how she was treating them...... Other then that our time was fine, store was clean and food was fresh and hot.
