  Yoooo, I just got the best Taco Bell that I've had in years from this location. We showed up right as they were getting slammed too. Everybody was friendly, order is 100% accurate, and just...GREAT! They are doing it right.

  Placed an online order, never got my food because they literally told me they prioritized drive thru and were doing theirs first. “Chef” was big and would physically touch between his rolls and then make a quesadilla (have video proof). Never got my order, workers talked back to you, extremely rude. Never coming back.

  Extremely displeased WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS TACO BELL My bf and I live just down the road (not even 5 minutes) and I’m wanting a low prep meal around the Christmas times, we thought it best to get some tacos. After pulling up to drive through ordering screen We continuously were asked (over the span of 5 minutes) if we had any questions or if things didn’t make sense, we said to them up front and before they began questioning that we needed a moment to get our order together? After continuing not to stop after being told to, so we could figure out what we wanted, we decided and communicated we would go to a different Taco Bell, we did calmly communicate that. After making our way around the drive thru to leave, we glanced over and saw two employees readily at the window (there was no one ahead or behind us) flipping us off. At which point my boyfriend got upset, went inside to confront the gentleman who thinks it’s okay to flip off a lady, they denied doing so and claimed to be management themselves until actual management arrived, now credit to the manager, he gave us his word along with free taco coupons!! However this does not excuse the poor behavior or treatment of customers from staff. When we were inside a family that was sitting down eating, looked over at us and wished us a merry Christmas for the troubles as well, they verbally reassured us that we in no way ruined their experience, event though staff members were insisting our “attitude” was disrupting their calm environment. Having worked for Taco Bell in the past I do know first hand none of the acts done by the staff are what Taco Bell wants to see, nor do the Branson community as a WHOLE, it would seem, have any appreciation for this location either. Merry Christmas.

  Employees were occupied with the drive through. One even stated that they took care of the drive thru before foot traffic. What should have been at the most a 15 minute service time became a 45 minute ordeal. I will never again go to any taco bell in Branson.

  I thought I was having dippers lite ... Hardly any chicken in the dippers . Not worth the money ... The only thing that saved it was the tasty garlic sauce .
