    Visited this Taco Bell on Saturday 12/7/25. We place our order. I had a nacho bell grande with extra cheese. And a new (burrito Can’t recall the name). The nacho container was half filled with mostly crumbs of the chips. And no extra cheese. I took it back to counter and asked for a replacement. I explain what the problem was and requested another. They reluctantly took the nacho back, I heard one of the guys make the statement “ this is not your mommas kitchen “. A few minutes later I received the second nacho which had three complete chips and the rest was crumbs, hardly any toppings …“less than the first”. I didn’t say anything further but I was MAD at this point. We ate what was edible and left. If these were my employees they would be terminated!!!!! They need people skills in a serious way and, have a better attitude when trying to resolve issues. I would not recommend eating at this location. You will not get what you pay for…!!!

    This is the cleanest, nicest and quickest fast food place I've ever been to. These bad comments should all be void. All the girls here have a smile on their face no matter what time of day it is! All the guys are very polite and respectful. No issues EVER in the three years I've been coming to this Taco Bell.
