  Wife and I came here with our Newborn while in Branson. We decided on it for their lunch menu and we were not disappointed. Quick service, great customer service, polite from the hostess to the server and the manager. After we had ordered with Matt K., and Matt had brought out the bread, Manager Brian stopped by and made sure we were doing good. Before we knew it our food was ready. The food was hot, ready, and tasted great! Wife ordered Grilled Chicken and their premiere Mac n Cheese and I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak and man it was delicious! Manager Brian stopped back by and was very happy everything was delicious and said thank you for Stopping by. Was greatly impressed, so thank you SaltGrass @ the Branson Landing for a wonderful experience with our Newborn too!

  Coming down for our honeymoon and going to saltgrass steakhouse was perfect! We had Laura as our waitress and she was amazing!! Our drinks were never empty, she got our food to us quickly, and she made great conversation with us. She explained the menu wonderfully and answered all our questions. The food was spectacular! The steak and ribs were perfectly cooked. The ribs were falling off the bone. The chocolate cake was so amazing!! Would definitely go back for another meal.

  We visited this location in July on vacation and I have meant to leave a review of the great service Mander gave us. I found the card with her name on it finally! Mander was so helpful and kind especially regarding our food restrictions and even gave us help when we were asking about nearby groceries stores we could buy gluten free bread.as well as fast and efficient service Of course the food was delicious as well. Would highly recommend

  We wanted a very good steak and shrimp dinner while in Branson Mo. we opted for Satltgrass on the Landing and were greeted by Brittney and she was very friendly and outgoing and treated us like family. Bobby was our waiter and very professional and knowledgeable and and we just loved him. He was there when we needed him and wasn’t when we didn’t. The food was incredible and the mixed drinks perfect. The atmosphere was betterthan we expected and we just did not want the normal experience. We were not expecting the best meals we’ve had from our many years in Branson. Thank you Bobby and Brittney. We will be back. hats off to the chef and mixologist. Bobby suggested the fried mushrooms and they were the best we’ve ever had anywhere. We will recommend to anyone and we will be back. It made our anniversary. Thank you

  Have ate at several salt grass locations this one was an absolutely awtul experience!!! The service was horrible and so slow. They were not even that busy when we were there. Got our orders wrong, once we finally got our actual food it was lukewarm and mediocre at best. We waited nearly an hour which wasn't a huge issue as it was expected. However we spent another 2 hours there between getting seated and eating our food. It was literally 20 min before an appetizer made it out, then our soups and salads were close to 30 minutes later followed by our food another 30+ minutes later. By the time we got our food none of us were even hungry anymore just irritated and ready to leave. Our waiter was polite and sincere, he did his best but overall it was terrible experience. I was embarrassed for recommending it to our group as most of them had never had it before and likely never will again. Definitely expect a lot more out of a $25+ per person steakhouse. I have never spent so long in a restaurant just waiting continuously between being seated and good we were there over 3 hours. If you're eating on the landing, definitely look into another restaurant.
