Management needs to step in. The change of location a few years back can't have been cheap. There's good profit opportunity in this location but only if your step up your game

I’m a local and have given this location several chances, hoping it would improve, but it hasn’t. This makes me sad because this is the only Panera we have in the area. Every time I come here, they are out of bread. How is Panera Bread out of bread? On one visit, they were out of multiple soups and didn’t have the right bread to make a basic grilled cheese. On a separate visit, I couldn’t use the drive-thru because an employee came out and placed a cone in the lane to block it. I had my baby sleeping in the car, so going inside wasn’t practical. I’m extremely disappointed with this location and at this point I truly think they need to do much better.
