Ordered through the app and had to go to the counter to pick it up. It has been sitting up there for who knows how long. No need to order choose table service through the app. This is the second time coming here topping my last experience and some how beating it, which was also terrible.

After paying, we noticed on the receipt that three of our burgers were missing. When we brought it to their attention, they told us we’d have to come inside to place a new order, which was frustrating since the mistake wasn’t ours.
- JBJoseph BurdgeOct 23, 20251.0Order a happy meal on the app for my daughter it was about 9pm pulled into the spot typed in what spot we were waiting in after a 1/2 hour I went inside to see what the issue was there was about 24 people in there all doing the same thing waiting for their food they ordered some said they had been waiting for an hour and people were told that they told to focus on the drive through everything else can wait I went back out to see if I could cancel the order and now it's 10pm my wife we couldn't so my wife and sister in law went in the cashier told them they were to worry about the drive through my wife looked over over at the counter saw the tag and it had my name on it my wife told the 1 and only cashier they had there that's our order can I please have it and she handed it to her. If I am ever in branson again we defently will not be ordering here again even if it's the only place open
