    So I asked the manager through the drive through"Was the Sausage McMuffin still buy one get one for a dollar. Her response was "I don't know". Finally she gave me two for regular price because they had egg on them and I wanted one without egg. Just the worst McDonald's I have ever seen. I live in this small town. Branson MO. It's the one on the strip by Walmart. Don't waste your time here. There is one down by the landing. It's great.

    The entire restuarant was completely filthy. I should have taken some pictures. We ordered our food at the kiosks and then looked around. Oh my, herendous!!!! We were there at about 7:15 pm. There were 4 others there ordering food also. After we looked at the tables and floors and serving areas, we decided to cancel our order, way too disgusting. I went to the counter and spoke to one person and asked for a refund, it was less than 2 minutes after i had completed our order. He went to the manager and told him that we needed a refund. After waiting for assistance for another 3.5 minutes, i walked towards the area behind the counter and looked at the food prep area. Grease coated the floor, all different kinds of food was laying on the floor. Spilled beverages and shake liquids were coating the floors also. No way would this place pass any sort of health inspection. I spoke to the Manager, finally, and asked him for a refund and to cancel our order. He did that with no problem. He didnt ask why or what was wrong. I asked him if he wanted to know why, he just looked at me so I told him that the entire place was just gross. His reply was that they have been busy. Ok, I get being busy, I was a Manager for 29 years, that is no excuse for the food prep area nor the earing areas to look like they did. Very unsanitary. We left and went to DQ just up the street, flawlessly clean, the entire area, food prep and eating areas were clean and well maintained. They were busier but very clean and organized. Leadership somewhere needs to step in, lead and direct and teach the team at this establishment how to run this business. Note: the people that ordered their meal right after me, cancelled their order also, nasty place!

    This was by far the worst McDonald's experience ive ever had! Took over an hour to get our food and they handed us the wrong food. When we finally get our food it wasnt right. Our burgers were wrong we got no sauce for 40 nuggets! And the large fry was barely half full. Not to mention evening was pretty much cold. My husband went in hopes of getting it fixed quickly, nope! Another 20 minutes for them to gas light him and say there was no way they only filled it half full and made him pay for a new one they also tried to charge for suaces for tge 40 nuggetswe never even received. They should be ashamed of themselves its one thing to be busy and behind but this place was a wreck and the people were rude!

    Took 20 minutes to get our food. Cold fries and no bacon on a bacon cheeseburger and no mustard on either burger (one was mustard and cheese only, you wouldn't think you could mess up such a simple order). The guy that was supposed to be at the front counter was hardly there. EVERYONE was having to wait forever for him to come take there order while he was taking food out to drive through. Some people just chose to leave; I wish we would've.

    EDIT: quick response from McD's on this to me after review, I think it will change. Came to this McD’s at 7:30a on a Monday. Took 28 minutes to get our food. Our coffee was sitting there behind the counter for the whole time. No food. Finally I asked them to bring me my coffee since we waited so long. They could only take cash unless you went through drive through? WHAT? Another customer had same issues and when talking to manager (he shouldn’t have cussed her) she refused to serve him.
