Joe’s Crab Shack offers a variety of favorites from all parts of the sea and shore. From its extensive menu, guests can choose from buckets of seasonal seafood, fried shrimp platters and fish dishes, as well as options from the “mainland” that include steak, sandwiches, and chicken. Guests can indulge in over-sized and creative cocktails, such as the Shark Bite which is playfully garnished with a shark toy.
Since its inception, Joe’s popularity has stemmed not only from its menu, but also its retail store. With various pieces of merchandise for purchase, including the ever-popular tie-dye T-shirt with the phrase “Peace, Love and Crabs,” Joe’s has become synonymous with the word “fun.” Unforgettable moments await at our Branson location and across the nation!
Just another cheap tourist attraction with no real good food. First off, the most flavorful part of my meal was the water. Waited 15 mins to order and got check too early. This place sucks never coming back again. If you want food with real taste go to a McDonald’s or hard luck diner! This place sucks.

It was our first visit to Joe's Crab Shack when we walked in to celebrate a birthday. I had checked that birthday box on the Open Table online reservation. I didn't know it as we crossed the Shack's threshold, but we were in for one of the nicest, joyful dining experiences of my 71 years. From the pleasantly welcoming hostess' greeting to our final waves goodbye, it is an evening to remember. We were seated at a sweet spot overlooking the Branson Landing Boardwalk. Now, I consider the wait staff to be one of the crucial components of a great dining night out and Jade filled that role perfectly in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner. I love the way that she gently persuaded our birthday girl to don the grass skirt and coconut-shell top to prepare her for her birthday hula dance initiation. As for the food, we each enjoyed a different dish: lobster, salmon, steak, and shrimp, along with delicious sides. They were all prepared to perfection. I can think of no demerits. Oh, and the Cheesecake and Key Lime pie are heavenly. So, I guess you could say that we like Joe's Crab Shack at Branson Landing and we'll certainly be back.

We were seated right away but it took a bit for the server to get our drink order. The wait time for the food wasn't too long. The food tasted off though I can't pinpoint exactly why, I got the garlic butter boil and could barely taste garlic. It was definitely not worth $50 a plate.

First of all, for the price the food was not good. My husband and little son shared a crab boil which was $48 and had no flavor and was skimpy on the portion size. I got crab/Parmesan crusted salmon and as someone who barely salts their food, I had to douse it in salt to taste anything. But our food wasn't the only issue-the waitress finally gives us the check. Our bill was $95 and some cents. I was going to give her a $10 tip, which is low I know, but for the terrible food and service I feel like it was better than nothing. We are normally good tippers too, we will tip $20 on a $40-50 bill. But anyway we wait and wait cause we want to use our card and our waitress walks by about 6 times and ignores us and we try to get her attention by waving calling out, etc. So finally after 20 mins of just waiting to pay our bill I leave $100 cause how was I supposed to pay with my card if she won't come cash us out. So she only got a $4 tip but that was her fault. Oh and we also got no drink refills and didn't get checked on the whole time. Terrible food and service for the price.

We came on a Saturday for dinner after a cheer competition. The wait was 45 minutes. Once we finally were seated it took over 30 minutes to get our drinks. The restaurant was busy but our server barely checked on us even though he checked on multiple other customers. Informed the manager about it and he said that he would take care of it. Later he brought another tables food to ours and awkwardly left and brought it to the right table. When our food finally arrived it was luke warm, probably because it sat while the server waited other tables. Terrible service, bad food, and definitely not worth $80. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone
