We have been coming to Joe’s Crab Shack for years and are Landry Select Club members. Whenever we are in Branson, this is our go-to spot for crab legs. Unfortunately, our visit this past Wednesday night was a major letdown. The food remains consistent, but the service was "bottom shelf" at best. It felt like they had the D-team working the floor. When you are spending $100+ on a meal, you expect a personable, attentive server—not just a "warm body" going through the motions. There was a total lack of engagement and hospitality that we’ve come to expect from this location. We love the food, but tonight the service just didn't live up to the price tag or the brand. We hope this was just an off night, but it was a frustrating experience for long-time customers.

I had my birthday party here and had family come up, so we made reservations .First off to start walking in the host told us she gave away one of our tables and asked if we could split. We told her no. After that she so incredibly rude. My husband even mentioned it was my birthday and she ignored us. She eventually made it happen though. Server was fine but our reservation was at 6 and we got out around 8:20 and most of this time was spent us waiting around for the waiter or for the food to come. While leaving we walked right by the same host and she didn’t say a word to us. The was the host with her hair in a messy pony tail with glasses, not the elderly one. We have been here plenty of times and had a great experience. It just sucks that we invited people out of state and for an event and it was this way. I would really love for the manger to reach out to us if possible.

This beautiful overpriced tourist trap is guaranteed to disappoint every time my wife makes me go. Food is way overpriced and small in quantities. They like to smother it in tasty spicy sauces to mask low quality crab and lack of freshness. Ref crab bags The shrimp are small to medium usually overcooked with spinal wasteline still on back of shrimp. The fried fish and shrimp are good along with fries but coleslaw is nasty 🤮 I ordered three corona beers with a lime and they were barely cold. I asked for a cold mug with third beer and was brought a room temperature mug. When I asked waitress why she promised cold mug and brought warm she offered me ice in my beer lol then said that’s as cold as there cooler could get. Total bs you can walk over to other places on the landing and get an ice cold corona. Multi million dollar franchise can’t get it together with a subpar staff. LONG DRIVE FOR EXPENSIVE BAD EXCUSES and EXPERIENCE

Had Christmas dinner here 12 25 25. Everything was good. The food was good. The only thing that really sucked was waiting an hour, which is normal but the whole time you waited in line you had to Listen to that pathetic music they played kind of like rap or crappy dopehead music not even Branson type in music. I would think that’s this restaurant would’ve played more like pirate music or music that Made you think of the beach or the ocean. Kind of like Jimmy Buffett music This is why I didn’t give them five stars only four stars.

We went to celebrate Christmas there and have a nice family meal. there was 11 of us all together. I ordered the steak and shrimp. When it came out the steak was cooked to about medium to medium well (I ordered it for Medium Rare). As I was waiting for the waitress to come so i could discuss it with her I started to eat the shrimp. As I started to eat it i noticed that the veins (or as we call them poop shoots) were not taken out and it was very unpleasant to eat the shrimp with them not being deveined. They gave me a new plate however the shrimp was still not deveined and so I had to sit there and take the veins out. It was very unpleasant to sit there and have to do that when it should already come cleaned and ready to eat. out of the 8 shrimp that I had on the second plate about half still had the poop shoots in them.
