This is not the first time we've had this problem with this location. Disappointed. I understand wanting to go home early, but they are still in the store and decided they wanted to go home early. Guess we will get our same Baskin Robin sweets from The Pantry. We went out of our way... but won't make that mistake twice in the off season or ever. Not worth it when I can just stop at a local place to get the same ice cream brand.

The employees were taking the ice cream out and claimed they had to clean right then and would not serve us ice cream. They were open until 7:00. Cleaning like this is an after the store has closed job. If you claim to be open until 7:00, your ice cream isn’t put away an hour and twenty minutes early. I do not recommend this place.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
