  "I've always appreciated 7 Brew for their speed and efficiency—I usually get through the line quickly, and the staff is super friendly. However, on February 14th, during a special event, the line wasn’t controlled well, and traffic wasn’t managed, which made it feel unsafe. When I asked about my free drink that was supposed to be coming to me, the employee told me I didn’t have one, which added to my frustration. After that, the manager stepped in, and the situation escalated—ultimately, I was 86'd. This was really disappointing, as I normally love their service, and I hope they improve customer communication and traffic control in the future."

  I've always had such a great experience at 7 Brew! The energy there is always upbeat, and the drinks are consistently amazing. Everything I’ve tried has been fresh and delicious. Rachel especially stood out with her kindness and positive attitude. She was friendly, patient, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s clear she genuinely cares about customers and enjoys what she does. If you’re looking for great coffee and even better service, 7 Brew is the place to go.   Had a very pleasant experience (my first time at 7brew so i was super nervous about ordering) with Jade. She helped walk me through everything with such patience and a kind personality i felt so comfortable ordering with her. I ultimately ended up ordering a drink I would’ve never thought to order without her help and LOVED it. I will be going back not only for the drinks but simply because of the kind service and atmosphere. Thank you again to Jade! She’s seriously the best when it comes to customer service!

  Shylee at 7 Brew is an absolute gem! She is always so kind, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming—it truly makes my whole day. On top of that, the coffee is consistently amazing, perfectly made, and exactly what I need every time. You can tell Shylee really cares about the customer experience, and her positive energy makes 7 Brew even better. I always leave smiling and caffeinated!

  They work hard!! I don’t know how they do it sitting out in the freezing cold but they do it. Shout out to the girl with the head band and the cashier girl y’all are so sweet 💖 (I totally forgot your guy’s names that’s on me) Best coffee in town 10/10 highly recommend. I was a Starbucks girly until 7brew changed my opinion. (You HAVE to get an energy drink with coconut and banana, it’s the best)
