Over time, one employee has been consistently rude and unwelcoming, and I’ve heard similar feedback from others as well. I visited again yesterday in the early morning and unfortunately experienced the same type of interaction I’ve consistently had over the past few years. My parents also came through this morning and had a similar experience with the same employee I encountered yesterday and on previous visits. I’ve also observed this employee being rude toward other staff members. Based on these interactions, it appears she may be in a supervisory role. The atmosphere often feels tense, to the point that it’s noticeable as a customer and has been commented on by others as well. I usually enjoy 7 Brew, and this behavior does not reflect the level of customer service I expect from the brand. I hope management addresses consistency in customer service, as it has unfortunately caused me—and others—to avoid this location.
