  We love coffee and donuts! We can in excited to be meet with a gentleman behind the count asking what would we like? Easy enough, I asked for coffee 3 pumps of Vanilla creamer repeated it 3 or 4 times as I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. While I was in there he forgot my order and he asked my mother did I want creamer!? The custard-filled donuts where nasty no flavor and coffee tasted old and nasty 🤢! This was not how we expected to start our day! Please do better

  We went in but they were way too busy helping the drive thru to worry about the walk ins so we left. Yeah you can ignore this place with a clear conscience. Go down the road to Hurts, its expensive as crap but they do wait on you.

  Went in for BR ice cream in the Middle of the day on a Sunday. We walked in, the staff was not upfront and we waited several minutes for them to come out. We saw the ice cream freezers were empty but no signage anywhere. When the staff finally came out they said they were cleaning the freezers so ice cream was not available. No signage outside or inside the store. Poor attentiveness and communication.

  Male worker undercooked my bacon and shorted me an order. We had to pull back around bc he left the window. He made it again but only gave me 3 half slices which is less than one order. I ordered 2 orders. Had to think to get attention and girl in glasses came to the window and very condescendingly told me an order of bacon is just 1 slice of bacon cut in half. I told her normally I get several half slices per bag, usually 5-6. I asked her why every other time I order 2 bacons, I get two little pouches with 5-6 slices of bacon each in them but today I only got 3 half slices in 1 pouch? She smirked and said, “because they’re nicer than me.” I asked where the manager was and she told me he was at home. I asked her for my money back for the other order and she said what I had was 2 orders which is what I paid for so she wouldn’t give me a refund. This Dunkin has had lazy, rude employees in the past according to other reviews. They clearly make their living off of the tourists who don’t know better. I’m contacting the health department and bbb since they took my money and wouldn’t give me my order. It’s sad too bc we go through often to get a bacon each and a donut.

  We are locals and have loved DD since we were kids. In recent years everyone we've visited has given us a lackluster experience. It's just felt like they're not really trying. This visit was better than we were expecting though mainly because of the great service we got from James. He was attentive and friendly and gave us some insight on the donut selection which we appreciated. We got cream-filled donuts. There was more cream than we were expecting which is a plus, and it tasted great. The donut was a little dry though. The restrooms and store were very clean. Overall a good experience. We will return.
