    Not good at all. Unfriendly, unhelpful and obviously served food that had been sitting for hours!

    Miserable experience. Came for "fast food" on a pitstop during an all-day drive and waited 20 minutes without any update on our food. Had to ask to be given a drink cup before the food came. After 20 minutes, we asked where our order was and the staff said they would start working on it. The drive-through was being serviced the entire time. Other customers said they had similar wait times (which encouraged us to ask about our order), so this was not an isolated incident. There are plenty of workers back there, some just standing around at chatting. No one at the desk, so a doordash worker was there waiting for about 5-10 minutes. We stopped at lots of fast food places that were quick and tasty on this trip, but the service at this place was a massive disappointment.

    I would rather people to take order for cash. I dont like using kiosk. But all locations prefer having Kiosks.
