This is one of the worst experiences I have had in any restaurant for a long time. That's hard to do since Covid. The location was extremely dirty, multiple sodas were out and our food was not made properly. The Beans were a hard scoop and not soupy like we are used to. I ordered a nacho bell adding jalapenos, onions and the new frank's Diablo. I got a nacho bell with only jalapenos and onions. Had to go to the counter and have it remade, showed the employee how dry the beans were and my receipt showing I did not order incorrectly. It was remade from the other side of the restaurant and the beans were what I am used to. The 7 layer had no tomatoes or guacamole and we had to go back up an ask for that to be added. There was a manager there, no name tag, who grabbed trays from the dining room and left telling the employees he was leaving. The place was an absolute mess but the manager still went home. It took well over 20 minutes just to get our order. While waiting for a our food and employee interacted with other customers handing them sauces that were out in the dining room, clearly touched hands with the customer and proceeded to make food without changing gloves. The employee working the drive through had his pants so low you could see his underwear. Not just a little bit, almost his whole butt was showing.

Absolutely awful location! Old oil used, food was so bitter you couldn’t eat it. Chalupa was thrown into the bag with more than half the contents out of the taco shell and in the bag, careless and dirty location. Very disappointing
