The wait time was way too long and the team was rude with a store full of people. I wanted a refund, but by the time someone acknowledged there were several of us at the counter, my food came out. And it was not accurate. I witnessed several inaccurate orders one lady had to ask for each condiment for her burger and said she would put them on herself. Hope this is not a regular experience but I won't go back.

Pre-ordered so that I could quickly pick up inside after using the restroom, only to find out that they are not unlocking the lobby doors due to short staff. Ended up going through the drive through. From what I saw, there was at least 4 people working which is very typical, so im not sure why the lobby is closed. This location has gone down hill and I bet their profits shows.
