  Outdated screens that are rusted and not efficiently working. Attention of ordertakers/staff not well due to speakers. Parking lot could use attention. First several stalls only for pickup, if lot is full have to drive around into a stall to order or drive thru. A lot of the bell hops that come and serve food could present better or look better groomed. Not to be that Carl but I have seen many sonics in better condition. Food, bread tastes stale or if its sat out for a long time, same for burgers, chicken...etc. Definitely not made to order for the most part. Really lacks the love for fresh food. Tots are always over salted or cold. "Groovy fries" about the same, majority of time soggy. Only good thing is the motz sticks which 60pct of time are properly fried and stringy cheese, other times a log of cheese in cold breeding when consumed.

  Service can be a bit slow sometimes, but staff are always so nice and friendly! Never have issues with food or drinks. I love being able to order in app and customize drinks!

  If you order online, when you order strawberry lemonade they give you strawberry limeade. This has happened multiple times more often then not
