  What is the world possesses this branch to have disgusting food is beyond me! They insist on drenching every beef sandwich with what they call a red sauce. I have been to many arbys over the years and have never tasted this nasty crap before. No one wants a weird artificial whatever on beef. Plus, the beef was like trying to eat plastic, not even sure if it was beef. Then the potato cakes were so greasy AND freezer burnt, you just have to ask why they are even open. This owner should just hang it up. Ive tried different times on way through and I'm just done. This place is gross. I'm not even gonna waste my time calling to complain because it wouldn't do any good. I was hungry, but there is no way I'm eating whatever the heck this is. I don't even want it in my car. This is literally not food and not edible.

  Went to drive thru, only 2 vehicles in parking lot and 1 car in drive thru. Had to wait 3 minutes to order and then 30 plus minutes to get our food!! Sat in drive up window for 15 then they asked us to pull around with no one behind us. After another 15 minutes went inside to get ask about our food. Most ridiculous wait I have ever had. If I hadn’t paid at window I would have left. Don’t go there unless you have an hour to kill. Worst place ever!!

  I stopped by to grab a sandwich before getting in the highway. Very quick service and was back on the road in less than 5 minutes. Its a very convenient location next to I-70.
