- PJPatricia JenkinsJan 3, 20261.0The past couple times that I have gone to McDonald’s the drinks I’ve gotten have either tasted bad or not been fully filled up.The last time I went The lady that handed me my drink tilted it forward so that I wouldn’t realized it was only half way filled and when I said something about it she said it’s the machine so it’s difficult to fill it up all the way which that’s not how it works and if it is doing that then something needs to be fixed. You shouldn’t be able to charge someone full price for a drink and give them a half fill soda, shake, or smoothy.

- CDcece doetchDec 12, 20251.0Me and my 3 friends came in earlier to get food before our day starts and one the boy that took out order he didn't greet us with a smile was passive and had a attitude also I asked him for a large iced coffee but with the chocolate syrup he didn't even ring it up right and put a larged iced mocha and when I went to scan my .99 cent code it charged me for another drink I didn't even ask for so I was overcharged and treated rudely that I didn't even bother asking him To change it I work at the battlefield location here in springfield and yall need to work on your customer service skills will not be coming back here and I hope he fixes his attitude 😑
