- AMAshley MyersGravesOct 21, 20251.0Got 2 chicken strips dinners, was asked if we wanted dipping sauce and we asked for ranch, supposed to come with gravy, we got our food and had to pull around had no gravy and 2 small tubs of ranch 1 for each meal, I went inside to get gravy and more ranch, they were rude and wanted to charge me $1 for each gravy and ranch even though it was supposed to come with it, they said bc we got ranch we didn't get gravy said if I bring it in they can throw away that ranch and switch it out for gravy? Also my chicken strips were literally 1 1/2 inches long! Waste of money, horrible customer service won't be back if I want dairy Queen I will go to Lamar where they fix there mistakes and take care of there customers!

After a full day of traveling, it was nice to come home to super friendly staff and good food. All four orders were done correctly and efficiently. Good job!
