The staff are very friendly, helpful, and quick to assist you. My wife and I occasionally order off menu ice cream when we have rough days, getting two smalls put into a small drink cup each, so 4 for the two of us. We pay for 4, we just get them in two small drink cups to consolidate and make it easier, we never get grief about it, they understand and help us out with it. My wife prefers their impossible burger over other chain's options, and overall you get what you pay for, plus great service. Always the same people who remember you, unlike others with high turnover. Great place and highly recommend them.

The soda machine clearly had not been cleaned. The coke splattered out black blothces. The fries were half full and cold. I asked for easy sauces. The bueger was seimming in mayo and ketchup. The cheese on it was cold. My wife's wrap had a tiny piece of chicken in it. The place reeked of disapointment. I wish they took a little pride in their food.
