  This location is impossible to get a hold of a live person. I tried calling and all I got was an automated system which forwarded me through a bunch of prompts and said they were sending me to the location and all it did was take me on hold where I sat for 18 minutes with nobody answering.

  Maddie, very sweet and welcomed me and my son as soon as we walked. She was patient with us and professional. She was quick on making sandwiches an all around good customer service experience.

  I was ordering through the drive-thru. Sat at the screen for five minutes and when no one spoke, I drove up to the window. I sat there for another five to ten minutes trying to get the lady’s attention who was walking back and forth. I finally honked and she proceeded to unlock the drive-thru window and told me the drive-thru is closed??? I told her she needed to put a sign at the drive-thru stand and in the window. She slammed the window on me.

  On 9/20/20 at approximate 12:40, I went to subway store #1875 to place a order through the drive-thru, as I stopped at the drive I was not greeted and nothing was said until I said "hello" then I got a answer which was I will be right with you and after 2 mins I had to say hello again and I was told I am helping customers inside with a rude tone. After waiting another 2 more mins I was stated do I need to go inside to get my order taken and once again I was told I have to help the customers inside first. I went inside and asked for my order, as my order was getting made I asked the girl making my sandwich if she was the one taking orders in the drive thru she said "yes" and I ask for her name and she told I do not need to give you my name and I am not obligated as she saw me pull out my phone and as I took her a picture since I was not getting her name, she said Melissa grab my order and threw it in the trash and walked to the back of the restaurant. I then asked the other person by the name of Sam since she did have a name tag and asked her and I not going to get my sandwich and she said no you are being rude and we can deny your service if we want, I ask her for a manager and no manager was available at the time and she stated the manager name is Michelle. I asked her if she had a phone number I could call and she stated I cannot give you that information and all staff went to the back of the restaurant. This is very unethical and these employees need to be taught the correct way to treat customers. I hope the next time I go to this Subway these girls will have well mannered attitudes and learn that this is not the way you treat customers.
