    I pulled up to the drive through and no one greeted us until I said "hello?". All i ordered was a large diet coke. I'm never coming back again to pay $4 for a few sips of soda. They literally filled the entire cup with ice, to the top...it was still 3/4 full of ice when the soda was gone.

    Came on 3/17 my daughter’s birthday. She wanted a slushie. There were one person in drive thru none in the stalls. Pushed button in stall and waiting around 10 min. And left. Husband was on an important call so we couldn’t use drive thru. Very disappointed birthday day girl.

    Waited 15 minutes at the stall to pick up a door dash order. No one ever answered. The waited another 8 mins for someone to answer the speaker at the drive thru. This place is a joke. Must be understaffed. Management clearly sucks. Do not recommend this location.

    This is more about the constant lack of good service. They never have enough employees, and we have sat at the drive through for 20-30 minutes before before anyone at the window even called through the intercom after various times of us asking if anyone was there, while there was just one car at the window in front of us. There was no remorse or empathy at the window apologizing for the wait. We just came for 2 large route 44 sweet teas as well…. Toning too crazy. This place just needs to be shut down. Usually I give the benefit of the doubt, but it is a constant and we only come here since it is closest to our home.

    Unfortunately this sonic is right beside my house but every time I go there I’m there for about 30 min or more and it’s a crazy long time before I’m even acknowledged. I’m not even ordering food usually, I’m ordering shakes or sometimes just a bag of ice. I thought that maybe the service was just faster if you pull into one of the stalls instead of the drive-through but last night I came at about 8 to 815 and they never even took my order. I thought maybe there was not enough employees there and was trying to give them grace but there were three people working and they all were just standing around talking, and only two vehicles there, one in the drive thru and one in another stall. I waited so long after pushing the button that they turned the speaker on and you could hear teenagers yelling and being wild, but they never asked me for my order, then my button was not red anymore so I had to I push the button again and again I sat for several more minutes and even considered pulling around and trying the drive thru. But as we were pulling out they just dismissed the button we pushed again and still never asked for my order or spoke to us at all. They looked relieved that I was leaving. I decided to just give up on this location. They clearly don’t have an interest in serving people. It was actually quite shocking. I’ve never had an experience like this anywhere else. I can see being busy, or short handed, but I can’t see having to push the button twice and not even being acknowledged when there were at least three people working and only three vehicles there. I will gladly take my business to the independence location where they act like they want to have customers.
